Artistic Identity

Negin Zomorodi is an intercultural composer, artistic researcher, and improviser working at the intersection of contemporary music and narrative music theatre. She seamlessly bridges the modal architecture of classical Persian traditions with modern Western composition practices.
Over the past 15 years, her chamber and symphonic works have been commissioned and performed at major international institutions across the USA, Canada, Norway, Spain, Italy, Armenia, and the Czech Republic.
